As the Artist

- I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason- I expect half of the payment upfront, half after the commission is finished

As the Commissioner

- You may post the commission onto social media as long as proper credit is given- You may not resell the commission, use it as an NFT, or use it to train generative AI- You reserve the right to ask for corrections/changes to the commission in areas you are unhappy- You reserve the right to ask for a WIP, sketch, etc. before the commission is complete
note: these will be in the form of screenshots to avoid theft- You may not trace, recolor or claim the commission as your own work
